Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations (Online Orders)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. This right applies to online and telephone orders only. It does not apply to goods purchased in person at our shop or taproom.

Packaged Alcohol: You may return unwanted bottles or cans within 14 days of delivery, provided they are strictly unopened, have all original seals intact, and are in a resalable condition.

Merchandise: Apparel and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items where hygiene seals are broken.

Faulty Goods: If your product arrives damaged, or you believe a beverage is "corked" or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or opening. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage in the box or ask you to return the faulty bottle for testing. If verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.
