Delivery Policy (Online Orders)

Delivery Area: Our standard delivery area covers mainland England, Wales, and Scotland. Due to the fragile nature of our products, we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or further afield.

Licensing Conditions for Delivery: To comply with our licensing obligations, alcohol will only be delivered to residential or registered business addresses. We will not deliver to public spaces (such as parks or streets). If our courier cannot verify the age of the recipient via our Challenge 25 policy, the delivery will be refused and the goods returned to us. Packages containing alcohol cannot be left in a safe space.

Costs and Timescales: Standard delivery is free on all orders over £60. Orders under £60 are subject to a £10 delivery charge. Orders are typically despatched within 2 working days of receipt and are despatched Monday to Thursday. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 0800 and 1800.

Failed Deliveries: If a parcel is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts or failed age verification, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost and a reasonable restocking fee from your refund.
